Clear answers before you pay
Families should be able to make a decision without guessing about standard prices or service boundaries.

| What if plans change after payment? | Cancellation, rescheduling and unused-service rules are set out before booking. Work already delivered, including lessons, marking, planning and completed checkpoints, is not refundable. |
