The form takes about two minutes. We review the student’s country or region, year group, student route, subjects, exam board, target grade, preferred format and lesson time before recommending the next step.

• You do not need to know the exam board yet. Select “not sure” if needed.
• Tell us whether the student is in school, online school, private-candidate preparation or self-study.
• You can choose one-to-one lessons, mock marking, planning or small group if suitable as a preference.
• For urgent exam preparation, include the expected exam session and recent mock result.
• You may upload one optional mock paper or school feedback file if it helps explain the student’s current level.
• English or Mandarin communication can be requested during follow-up.
